Every time Deb and I met, I was greeted with a “for my growth” approach. Deb poured her confidence in me and asked me the “tough” questions that I needed to hear to break through my limiting beliefs. I always felt Deb was my personal advocate to reach potentials as a leader I wasn’t quite sure I knew how to or could achieve. I met Deb through a training seminar and was excited when my company gave me the opportunity to work with her for a year.
